The cornerstone for Industrial Supply was laid in 1916. Since then the Company's fundamental commitment has been to understand our customers business and to deliver customized solutions where and when they are required. The company was found to serve one industry segment, mining.

Since 1916 the Company has helped its customers, fight and win a war in Europe and the South Pacific, make steel, produce and supply energy and power, build refineries, smelters and power plants, put men into space, and mine minerals.

These solutions range from staffing and operating job-site trailers open 24 hours a day, bar-coding customers warehouses, developing solutions by working closely together, and creating customized web based digital solutions to meet each individual requirement where and when they are needed..

We understand that as the value chain decomposes, removing all uneccessary costs through digitation of all types is fundamental to our future. We see technology, innovation, and speed as unique customer centric competitive weapons. Each uniquely developed to take cost out of the supply chain.

Also imbedded in the culture of the Company is a culture of continuous improvement. We utilize the concepts of Kaizen, Six Sixma, and Toyota's Lean Manufacturing System. The Company's Director of Operations is a Six Six Sixma Black Belt.

15 members of the Company's management team are in the process of becoming Six Sigma Green Belt certified. All members of senior management have completed ATK Propulsion Systems PES University developed from the Toyota Lean Manufacturing System.
